What are the shipping options?

We will ship to the address you have on file with Star Light.  Please make sure your current address is updated to avoid delivery issues.  We do combine shipping.  
Please make sure you combine your items before checkout.  Item may be shipping from New York or California
We ship out 6 days a week and we ship within 2 business days of receiving payment.
We ship either First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail.

We do ship to international.

IMPORTANT: Orders with EXPRESS mail and international are non-refundable fee or exchangeable! This fee are paid by customer

  It is an add on service which the buyer pays and it is not refundable should anything happens to the transaction
  We will ship to the address you have on file with StarLight so please make sure your address is correct.

Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays,

and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Please take note that International packages may take several weeks or more to arrive as they may get held up and delayed at the Customs,

which is out of our control also we are not responsibility for your item

What is the Return Policy?

We will gladly accept all returns in its ORIGINAL condition. 
We want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return their item. 
If you are not happy with your item for any reason
 Once we receive your item back we will notify you and refund your item cost plus your original shipping fee,
 minus a re-stocking fee from the total cost of the total value final fee + shipping.
• We do not try to make money off of returns, but we have to cover cost, so we keep taking return in the future. 
We will not grant a refund if the following situation occurs: 
• The item is returned damaged. 
• If the item is washed.
 • If the item has a distinct odor such as cigarette smoke, detergent, perfume, etc.. 
• If item is missing any part. 
• If item appears to have been worn.
 • If the returned is over 14 days from the date the buyer received the item. 
These types of returned items will not qualify for a refund and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for it to be returned to buyer.

How long does it take to process returns? Returns are processed at the end of the business week for which the item was received. 
Once the return has been received and processed, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund has been issued to your original method of payment.
